Accessibility Policy

The Dyspraxia Foundation West Norfolk web site has been designed with the needs of our visitors in mind, and accessibility has been a key issue in it's development.

Where possible we have followed the guidelines published by accessibility experts and all pages have been checked using accessibility utilities. Our pages are validated to the W3C 'strict XHTML' standards and conform to either Level A or Level AA of the W3C accessibility guidelines. The only exceptions to our accessibility policy may arise when pages are developed by the children in the 'Dyscoverers Club', as it may not be possible to make the pages follow the guidelines without making significant modifications.

All the graphics included in the pages have been optimised for fast viewing. If you have any problems whilst browsing our website or any comments on how we can improve accessibility, please let us know and we will try to make the relevant changes (email webmaster@dyspraxiawn.org.uk).

These pages have been designed and developed to work with a wide range of web browsers on Windows and Macintosh computers - we recommend Internet Explorer 6 (Windows), Safari 1 (Macintosh) or Mozzilla 1.6 (for Windows or Macintosh) for the best view of the site. However everything, will work in older versions or even with text-only browsers like Lynx. The only exception to this is Netscape Navigator 4 or earlier, as this has poor accessibility support.
