Dyspraxia Foundation West Norfolk

16 May 2008
The Dyscoverers Club opened in Summer 2003 to help children with Dyspraxia to try new and varied activities. Each activity is designed to meet the needs of those with Dyspraxia, allowing them to develop and flourish whilst gaining in confidence and self esteem.
Neurones are like roads that take messages from our brains to other parts of our bodies.
With Dyspraxia, the brain is very clever but seems ‘wired up’ in a different way to other peoples brains. And sometimes the messages get mixed up.
A fun club for 5 to 15 year olds who have Dyspraxia or Dyspraxic Tendencies. The club meets most Saturdays in Kings Lynn, Norfolk, we enjoy Arts, Crafts, Games, Events, Outings and much more... Brothers and sisters are welcome and parents/carers can come for a coffee and a chat.
If you like the sound of the Dyscoverers Club why not have a look at some of the past events. There is always something interesting and fun happening and lots of special events planned throughout the year. The activities planner is available on-line and is a quick and easy reference so you won’t miss out.
